About ULC Construction Group
ULC Construction Group is a growing construction business covering London, Surrey and surrounding areas, specialising in home extensions, renovations, internal alterations and general building.
- Our purpose is to deliver quality living spaces for family homes, putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
- We model ourselves on the large construction companies, where organisation, communication, health and safety, and professional appearance are at the forefront of the business. This enhances the client’s experience of their home transformation.
- We work to meet each client’s needs. Tell us about your plans and we’ll discuss the scope of work and the next steps for your project.
- We’re proud that our projects provide cost-effective solutions for growing families.
- Alongside our standards in customer service, we aim to deliver an exceptional level of bespoke workmanship for each client.
- Our work is supported by the valuable partnerships we have made with our tradespeople and suppliers, helping us plan and deliver projects efficiently.
Quality control
We recognise the trust our customers place in us and are committed to meeting expectations and applicable requirements.
We will achieve this by:
- Maintaining a safe and tidy site area
- Organised management of labour and materials
- Continuous quality assessment
- Programmed procurement and deliveries
- Improvement evaluation
Health & safety
Safeguarding the health, safety and welfare of our staff at work is of paramount importance, and we strive to provide a safe working environment.
We also have qualified first-aider operatives, trained to respond to an unexpected incident.
Managing environmental impact
We are committed to managing our environmental impact at each stage of a project. Wherever possible, we use suppliers with ISO 14001 certification for environmental management.
Reducing waste is an important part of reducing carbon emissions. Over-ordering is a major source of construction waste, so we aim to make accurate estimates of the materials we need and avoid buying excess materials.
Data protection
We make data protection part of our business:
- We keep a record of the personal data we hold and what we use it for.
- We let people know we hold their personal data and explain how we use it.
- We only collect the personal data needed for a project.
- We only keep personal data for as long as it is needed.
- We provide a way for people to exercise their rights regarding the personal data we hold about them.
